This is D40mm PE material anti proof round cap mould do in 6cavity, the protect ring finish by second processing slitting&folding machine. The mould core&cavity use German2344 do heat treatment which HRC 48-52°, the mould base standard P20, hot runner-YUDO, demould system by stripper plate which cycle time around 16-18s

The mould can be running on 160T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, hot runner system don't have runner material save cost and reduce cycle time.

Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.

Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
